Vincent Schroeder

Vincent Schroeder grew up on a farm in Liberty Township along with twelve brothers and sisters. He attended Miller City-New Cleveland School and The Ohio State University. He retired from teaching in 2001 after teaching thirty years of comprehensive sciences and vocational agriculture. While teaching, he started farming and continues to farm to this day. He has been the recipient of many teaching and farming awards.

Vincent has four sons, a daughter and eleven grandchildren. He and his wife, Mary, and two of his children live on their century home farm near Holy Family-New Cleveland church.

In 2004, he was elected as a Putnam County Commissioner and he is now in his fifth term. Vincent serves on many local boards and has served on several Ohio County Commissioner Association committees at the state level.

John Schlumbohm

John Schlumbohm was born in Bowling Green, Ohio and lived near Weston until he was four years old at which time he moved with his dad, mother, and 2 siblings to live on a farm near Pandora. John attended and graduated from Pandora-Gilboa school in 1974 and joined the work force as a carpenter. In 1977 he started John Schlumbohm Construction, a small contracting company with 3 to 6 employees. In 1990 he, along with a business partner, founded Allco Interiors, a company specializing in painting and flooring, employing as many as 10 craftsmen. In 2010 John, along with the same business partner, opened Pandora Flooring & Supply, which he is still involved in today along with two of his children and business partner. John has been involved in public service most of his life, joining the Pandora / Riley Twp. Fire department in 1978. In 1993 he was elected to the Pandora Village Council serving in that capacity until his election to Mayor of Pandora in 2005. He served as mayor until December of 2018 at which time he assumed his role as Putnam County Commissioner. John was married to the former Susan Hovest of Glandorf, who passed away in April of 2017. He has 3 adult children, all residing in Putnam County, and 3 grandchildren.

Michael A. Lammers

Michael A. Lammers grew-up in Miller City, he and his wife, Diane, are both life-long residents of Putnam County. Together they are local business owners of Log On Computers, proud parents and devoted grandparents who are dedicated to serving you and our County to keep it a special place to live, work, and raise a family. His extensive experience and background includes building and operating an Information Technology business for over 30 years. Owning a successful business requires future vision, adaptability to change, close management, operating within a strict budget to control costs and providing customers with excellent service. These are the same qualities needed to operate an efficient government that serves the best interests of the people and protects their welfare and freedoms. Every aspect of government must be managed properly to prevent waste and over-taxation.

Michael is also a very active member of the following Putnam County organizations: Ottawa Area Chamber of Commerce, Republican Central Committee, Farm Bureau, Mayors Association, Knights of Columbus, National Rifle Association, Kalida Fish and Game Club, Township Trustee Association, Community Improvement Corporation.
