The
Board of County Commissioners of Putnam
County, Ohio, met in regular session on the 18th day of May,
2010, at the office of said Board with the following members
present: Mr. John E. Love, Mr. Vincent
T. Schroeder and Mr. Travis A. Jerwers.
Mr. Jerwers moved the adoption of the following
Resolution:
WHEREAS,
The Clerk gave notice to the Board this date of the Engineer’s completed
survey and estimate of the construction
area for the Ray Clevenger Single
Ditch #940 project.
and
WHEREAS,
The proposed project commences
at Sta 0+00 of the Ray Siefker Branch
Dt. #577 (67-01) being about 900 ft. West
& 1200 ft. North of the center of Section 2, Sugar Creek Twp.,
Putnam Co., Ohio; thence Northerly along the course of the ditch through
Sections 2, 35 & 34, Sugar Creek Twp. to the junction of the Young Ditch
and there terminate.

therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the 24th day of
June, 2010, at 10:30 a.m. in the General Assembly Room of the Putnam
County Court House, Ottawa, Ohio, be and the same is hereby fixed as the time
and place for the final hearing on the proposed improvement.
and be it further
RESOLVED,
It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Board concerning
and relating to the adoption of the Resolution were adopted in an open meeting
of this Board, and that all deliberations of this Board and of any of its
Committees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to the
public in compliance with all legal requirements including Section 121.22 of
the Ohio Revised Code.
