E S O L U T I O N
The Board of County Commissioners of Putnam County,
Ohio, met in regular session on the 18th day of September, 2008, at the office
of said Board with the following members present: Mr. John E. Love, Mr. Vincent T. Schroeder and Mr. Robert A.
Riepenhoff.
Mr. Love moved the adoption of the following Resolution:
WHEREAS, The court costs on alcohol related traffic
offenses will increase on September 30, 2008, when Senate Bill 17 takes
effect.
and
WHEREAS, This legislation requires that $52.50 from
each OVI offense be paid into a special projects fund to help supplement the
cost of Indigent Drivers Interlock and SCRAM monitoring services.
now therefore, be it
RESOLVED,
Upon the request of Teresa Lammers,
Clerk of Courts, The Board of County Commissioners does hereby request
the Putnam County Auditor to establish a new fund entitled:
Fund 130 –
Indg Drvrs Interlock/Scram
and
be it further
RESOLVED,
The Board of County Commissioners does hereby request the Putnam County
Auditor to establish the following appropriation line for Fund 130:

and

Auditor to establish the following revenue line for Fund 130:

Schroeder seconded the motion and the roll being
called upon its adoption, the vote resulted as follows: Mr. Riepenhoff yes Mr. Schroeder yes Mr. Love yes
