The Board of County Commissioners of Putnam County,
Ohio, met in regular session on the 20th day of July, 2010, at the office of said Board with the following
members present: Mr. John E. Love, Mr.
Vincent T. Schroeder and Mr. Travis A. Jerwers.
Mr. Jerwers moved the adoption of the following
Resolution:
RE: Township Road 5-H
WHEREAS, the road
records for Blanchard Township Road 5-H, from the North R/W of US 224, to
approximately 4720 feet Northeast, to the point where Road 5-H was relocated as
shown in Road Record 4-461 and Commissioners Journal 46-386 and being located
in Sections 19 & 20 of Blanchard Township, Putnam County, Ohio, have been
lost, or destroyed,
and
WHEREAS, revised code
section 2729.13 provides, as to every county road the records of which have
been lost or destroyed, and which records are not reproduced under section
2729.09 to 2729.12, inclusive, of the Revised Code, the center of the road as
fenced on April 12, 1884, is prima facie the true center, and the width of such
road is prima facie sixty feet.

WHEREAS, the Putnam
County Commissioners, after viewing said road, and based on the recommendation
of the Putnam County Engineer, have found the apparent and occupied right-of-way
of Blanchard Township Road 5-H, from the North R/W of US 224, to approximately
2670 feet Northeast, to the centerline County Road J-6 to be 50 feet in width,
and from the centerline of Road J-6, to approximately 2050 feet Northeast, to
the point where Road 5-H was relocated as shown in Road Record 4-461 to be 60
feet in width, one-half of which is on each side of the existing centerline of
said road pavement.

therefore, be it
RESOLVED, the road
right-of-way width for Township Road 5-H, from the North R/W of US 224, to
approximately 2670 feet Northeast, to the centerline of County Road J-6 is 50
feet in width, and from the centerline of Road J-6, to approximately 2050 feet
Northeast, to the point where Road 5-H was relocated as shown in Road Record
4-461 is 60 feet in width, one-half of which is on each side of the existing
centerline of said road pavement.

be it further
RESOLVED, the Putnam
County Engineer shall add this resolution to the official road records of the
county hereby establishing the road right-of way width for said road.
