RESOLUTION

The Board of County Commissioners of Putnam County, Ohio, met in regular session on the 14th day of October, 2008. At the office of said Board with the following members present: Mr. John E. Love, Mr. Vincent T. Schroeder and Mr. Robert A. Riepenhoff.

Mr. Love moved the adoption of the following Resolution:

WHEREAS, the director of the Putnam County Job and Family Services has explained that the agency is in possession of various computer equipment that is obsolete and unfit for the purpose in which Putnam County Job and Family Services acquired it.

and,

WHEREAS, OAC 5101:9-4-15 allows for the disposal of an asset when done in accordance with state and local requirements.

so be it,

RESOLVED, that the request made by the Putnam County Job and Family Services Director to allow the County Job and Family Services to dispose of the following list of obsolete / unfit computer equipment be approved.
