ENTERPRISE ZONE AGREEMENT

The Board of County Commissioners of Putnam County, Ohio, met in regular session on the 4th day of May, 2010, at the office of said Board with the following members present: Mr. John Love and Mr. Vincent Schroeder.

Mr. Love moved the adoption of the following Resolution:

WHEREAS, The Board of Commissioners of Putnam County has established and approved an Ohio Enterprise Zone with an Ohio Department of Development designation of 151C and said zone includes real property owned by J.B. Machining Concepts, LLC, 995 Sugar Mill Drive, Ottawa, OH 45875.

now therefore, be it

RESOLVED, The Board of County Commissioners of Putnam County does hereby approve of the Ohio Enterprise Zone Agreement between the Board of County Commissioners and J.B. Machining Concepts, LLC granting 75% exemption on Real Property for a period of 10 years for which said Real Property would have become taxable had those values been placed on the tax duplicate by the Putnam County Auditor.

Mr. Schroeder seconded the motion and the roll being called upon its adoption the vote resulted as follows: Mr. Schroeder yes Mr. Love yes Mr. Jerwers absent
