RESOLUTION

The Board of County Commissioners of Putnam County, Ohio, met in regular session on the 2nd day of September, 2010, at the office of said Board with the following members present: Mr. John E. Love, Mr. Vincent T. Schroeder and Mr. Travis A. Jerwers.

Mr. Jerwers moved the adoption of the following Resolution:

WHEREAS, This is the date for the opening of bids for the electrical phase for the wastewater package plant replacement at the Putnam County Board of DD-Brookhill Center.

and

WHEREAS, The following bids were received:

Sarka Electric, 14005 St. Rt. 1115, P.O. Box 356, Kalida, Ohio 45853

Amount of bid………..$18,480.00

County Electric, 823 N. Locust St., Ottawa, Ohio 45875

Amount of bid………..$ 21,300.00

now therefore, be it

RESOLVED, The Board of County Commissioners does hereby table the bids for review by the engineer and the Board of DD-Brookhill Center.

Mr. Schroeder seconded the motion and the roll being called upon its adoption, the vote resulted as follows: Mr. Jerwers yes Mr. Schroeder yes Mr. Love yes
