WHEREAS, The Board has received requests from the various
departments of Job and Family Services
for approval of travel expenses.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE BOARD OF
COMMISSIONERS OF PUTNAM COUNTY, OHIO, hereby
approve payment of the expenses per the attached list in accordance with
Section 325.20 of the Ohio Revised Code and authorizes the Auditor to
issue warrants per attached list upon
receipt of invoices and be if further
RESOLVED, That the Auditor is hereby authorized and directed
to issue any advanced warrants as necessary.

County Job and Family Services has explained that the agency is in possession
of various computer equipment that is
obsolete and unfit for the purpose in which Putnam County Job and Family
Services acquired it.

WHEREAS, OAC 5101:9-4-15 allows for the
disposal of an asset when done in accordance with state and local requirements.
so be it,
RESOLVED, that the request made by the
Putnam County Job and Family Services Director to allow the County Job and
Family Services to dispose of the following list of obsolete / unfit computer
equipment be approved.
