Mr. Schroeder   moved to approve the contract for purchase of publicly funded child care services between Job & Family Services and Heir Force Academy. Contract is effective from July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2009.

Mr.   Love   seconded the motion.

Mr. Riepenhoff    moved the adoption of the following Resolution:

WHEREAS,  Jennifer Horstman’s term as a member of the Mental Health, Alcohol & Drug Addition Recovery Board of Putnam County expired on June 30, 2008.

and

WHEREAS, The Mental Health, Alcohol, & Drug Addition Recovery Board received an application from Jennifer Horstman to be reappointed on the Board.

now therefore, be it

RESOLVED, The Board of County Commissioners does hereby  re-appoint Jennifer Horstman, 11201 Road 10-K, Ottawa, Ohio, to a four year  term as a member of the Board.

and be it further
