Mr. Love    moved to approve the letter of credit with Huntington Bank in the amount of  $2,227,940.27 for the  post-closure maintenance programs at the landfill.

Mr.   Schroeder    seconded the motion.

Mr.  Riepenhoff             moved the adoption of the following Resolution:

WHEREAS,   The  Board of County Commissioners has available property that is no longer needed. Said property known as Parcel #32-020180.0000 is located at 331-333 East Main Street, Ottawa.

now therefore, be it

RESOLVED, The Board of County Commissioners has decided to sell said property at property auction and has contracted with Martin Schroeder, Realtor.

and be it further

RESOLVED,  Said auction will be held  at the site and will be held no later than October 23, 2008.

and be it further

RESOLVED, The Board of County Commissioners has set the minimum purchase price at $12,500.00 for the sale of said property

Mr. Riepenhoff    moved that to provide for the unanticipated revenues for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2008, the following sums be and the same are hereby appropriated for the purpose for which expenditures are to be made during the fiscal year as follows:

K 26, Bridge Material…………....……..$ 6,274.60
